Walgreens Pharmacy

I don’t usually voice my opinion publicly, if I am dissatisfied with a business and it’s service ! But this is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced !!!!! If I could give it a NEGATIVE 100, I would !! Service is always awful !! The employees don’t seem to know what is ever going on ! They almost never have enough of my medicine in stock and only give me a partial refill and then when I try to get the rest of the refill filled, they tell me they can’t do it, because I have no more refills !! Seriously. It is it a refill - it is just getting the rest of my medicine you didn’t give me the first go around!!! My dr. has prescribed a medication and switched it to 2 tablets a day from 1 ! They have never filled the script with enough tablets for me to take 2 tablets. They just kept the refill for enough tablets for 1 a day !! They finally informed me after I confronted them about not having enough pills, that prior authorization with your insurance company needs to be done to make that switch !! Well I can’t do that ! They must get that started !! But they never did it ! And why wouldn’t they have told me that needed to be done when the med was changed from 1 tablet to 2??!! The employees are so impersonal ! I have had issue after issue almost every time I get a prescription !! I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt !!! But no more !!! Today when I left the pharmacy after getting no where with them on one of my refills, I told them this is exactly why I am taking my prescriptions somewhere else !! The lady liked at me with a smirk and said “Have a nice day”. Thank you I will - because I’m getting a new pharmacy !!!
