Disappointed over the last 4 months. Several times I've asked for shirts to be folded to have them come back hung. At least one shirt every batch has an unseemly and unwelcome crease pressed into it that indicates lack of attention to the pressing machine. And today I went to wear a shirt that I expressly asked for a button repair, waited for the person at intake to mark, only to find no button. I recommend increased training and quality control. Quality has been lost in the the last year and the prices charged here are not in line with the service quality rendered (for the cost per item, I'd expect to be, and like to be, giving 5 stars). I'll update after a few more visits if I remain a customer.

I dropped off a suit jacket, slacks, and a dress shirt only after talking to the employee expressing when I needed it back by and was told it wouldn't be a problem. Dropped off and 9am and when I returned to pick it up and 5pm the following day as instructed the suit was done but it took them 20 min to find my shirt which was not done. Now I must go purchase another shirt 3 hours before I leave town, first and last time I will ever use this company.

I have just moved to the neighborhood and I was hoping that this place would be a place for us to take our dry cleaning, but I have only used them now for a month and they have already charged my cc on file for something they did not clean on the first place... Besides telling me that I should have checked my shirts before driving off. I have been trying to get some assistance from the manager... which called me and left a VM following up with my call. Apparently is no managers available and I can not get of hold of anyone to help me! this is frustrating... I’ve been told that they would call me and have not heard from anyone. I have left multiple messages and called multiple times and no one ever answers. I am totally disappointed with the business and the customer service.
