Took in my down comforter. It's the cleanest it's been in 20 years. Looks and smells brand new. Best place I've ever taken out. Worth it!
The young woman named Alma at tge front desk gave me excellent customer service. She was helpful and pleasant.
I do NOT recommend Victoria Cleaners. Their WDM location has poor costumer service. Their manager misinformed me about their services. She had a bad attitude in general. Poor listening skills. Not someone that instills confidence and definitely not professionalism.nVC returned my clothes with an overall bad smell and a broken button. I had some armpit smell in a couple of pieces, but still could wear my jackets. Knowing that you are supposed to have your clothing cleaned with frequency to avoid perpetuating the smell, I never thought that my clothes would be ruined with an overall bad smell.nBottom line, I am not able to wear my clothes as they left them.
Worse cleaners!!! Both girls are very rude!! Avoid !!!!!!
