First time going here. Was very pleased with our experience. Our daughter was quite scared of getting her ears pierced. She wanted it done but when we got there she started to change her mind. The lady working there was so good with our daughter. She made her feel comfortable and was able to get the piercing done. She is so happy now. They had so many styles to choose from for starter ear rings. Would definitely recommend this place for children's ear piercing.

It seems to be a hit and miss depending on which store you visit. I've never really interacted with the staff.nTheir selection, for younger girls, is quite nice.

I went and got my top cartilage pierced awhile ago and she pierced it completely at an angle. About a month later I found that my skin actually grew over the piercing and had to get it surgically removed. Definitely do not recommend this place, especially for children. Doesn't even deserve one star.

I went to pay and the total was $50 for 3 things. I said that's not right. She rang everything back up ended up at 42.. She then told me to not complain about the price difference... I honestly think they ring extras up thinking you won't notice. I called the malls management and let them know what happened as well.

Was @ the Jordan creek mall and its 11:47 and still not open. Gee if u are to be open @ 11 on a sunday need to be open. I give 2 stars. U loose business that way!!!
