I just had my ring cut off for an upcoming surgery. At Christopher's, Charlotte Newcomb cut my ring off for me at no charge. Because she was so professional, nice and helpful, I returned to her to have my ring resized. At that time she recommended I have it appraised for the correct updated replacement value, something I hadn't even considered. I did so and my ring is worth more than double the original appraisal. Thankfully I sent the updated appraisal to my insurance company; should something happen I will now have enough to actually replace it. A BIG thanks to Charlotte! I highly recommend her and Christopher's Fine Jewelry.
I purchased a beautiful ring today - Charlotte helped me every step of the way. She carefully listened to what I wanted and called today and told me that my perfect ring had arrived! She nailed it!!! Love the ring and so enjoyed working with a personable and competent professional - thank you, Charlotte!!!
Even with social distancing and appointments they were so accommodating. I came in last minute and Kelly was so nice and helpful. I bought some wonderful earring for someone special and she loved them. Thank you

We could not be more happy with our choice to give Christopher our business. We bought an incredible engagement ring, then wedding ring. Amazing quality and unmatched customer service. To know Christopher is to love him. But even more, his staff is amazing. Somehow, Craig remembered my name after only meeting me a few times.
