The store is very easy to find as it's right off one of the main roads in town. Always clean and always good social distancing practices in place. Staff is friendly and the prices are definitely fair. Tip: try the Dutch letters!!
Great Tenderloins.
When we were waiting for out pizza the lady behind the counter was touching and messing with out pizza with no gloves on. Not a very good status with a major outbreak of coronavirus. I advise that the workers should wear gloves and take some more safety precautions.
Estimated delivery times was 5:23. With no tracking option I called the location at 5:40 to get an update. When I said I was calling to check on my order I was met with, “what do you want to know?” and then a deep sigh of annoyance as I explained I just wanted an update due to the delivery being later than estimated. She told me they had left 10 mins ago and then promptly hung up on me. Won’t be giving this Caseys location my business ever again. It really doesn’t take much effort to be polite to your paying customer when they’re being courteous to you. The driver on the other hand was quite friendly.
Great pizza and great staff. Thanks for always making it a good experience.
