I’ve started shop at this location 1-2 times a week. It’s always clean, everyone is helpful and friendly but today solidified Trader Joe’s being my favorite store. At the checkout an employee was asking about my plans for this weekend and I mentioned it was my husband and I 10 year wedding anniversary today and we canceled plans for a trip due to COVID and are just doing dinner instead and then continued small talking. She excused her self for a quick second and finished checking me out. As I was finishing paying another employee walked up with a bouquet of flowers and they both wished me a happy Anniversary from your store as they placed them on my grocery bag. That is the sweetest gesture that really made my day and it won’t be forgotten. Thank you so much for staffing your store with really awesome people (and really great food). I’m now a loyal life long customer! Thanks for being so great!

Love Trader Joe’s and their products but this last trip really solidified it for me. Despite mask demands and restrictions, they provided an amazing human shopping experience. Two people sanitized carts at the door and happily greeted patrons. Everyone in the store seemed more patient and comfortable inside than other grocery experiences I’ve had in the last few months. It’s a small thing but I mentioned it to a friend and she shared the same experience and viewpoint and we both decided we should leave a review because it was enough of a positive in our lives to talk about it.

I love this Trader Joe’s. They are doing an excellent job of keeping the customers and crew safe during this pandemic. I always enjoy the small conversations I have at the checkout counter with the crew. Such nice people. The store has a great selection. I do wish Trader Joe’s as a company would reduce the usage of single use plastic.

Covid neurotic. My check out personnand I were having a nice conversation about a product in my cart. Both of us were masked and about 4 feet apart. Bagging person rudely interrupted and told me to stand in the designated box in the check out line behind the plexiglass and proceeded to move in far closer to the check out person than I ever was. Well that killed the lighthearted mood.nWhat happened to a mask OR 6 feet apart? Trader Joe's can have whatever policies they want. However they can be carried out in a much more pleasant manner.
