I've been using this Kim and Go for years and it took one employee to ruin it for this entire location. I was treated very rudely by a younger employee who ended up walking away from me at the front counter. I manage a team of employees that work not 1/2 a mile away. I guess we will all start going to HyVee gas only. This location lost the business of me and 20 of my employees with this one terrible encounter. Go to another location nearby. Don't give your patronage to a store that disrespects it's customers.
Very cool place. They have everything you will need. Very modern and new store. Lots of beer selection including crawlers. Staff were friendly and professional and represented kum and go well. Will definitely be back when im in the area.
Rondell at the kum & go off of ep true & 50th street in west des moines Is the greatest person ever. He makes me leave with a smile on me & my boyfriends face everyday we go there. He is the best!!nnThanks Rondell!!!

Best Kum and Go hands down! Delicious food too! Had the brisket and cheddar panini made by a woman named Evelyn.. it was better than most restaurants.
