Worst Starbucks experience. Bryce took my order (drip coffee black & egg bites) and for 3 minutes he started making coffee and other tasks while 1 of the other 6 employees asked if they could help me. I would not come here if you can find a more competent store nearby.

They were quick with getting our order and got everything right the coffee tasted amazing and the blueberry muffins were like heaven in my mouth. Although there was a long line I didnt need to wait because they served every customer with care and gave them what they wanted or needed to be a good morning.

There is one lady that works there who is extremely rude. Dark curly hair that she pulls up into a bun with a dark complexion. If I am paying for a service why do I have to ask for her to complete it? Its not that I am asking for much....its what the item has on it. When I thanked her for adding on it she smirked and turned around.nNot to mention the fact that I had to wait 20 min in the store for my two items when there was only 1 person ahead of me. This was all because she was being lazy.nToday, I finally called in and complained. This will be the last time I go to this Starbucks. Its really sad as its a very new facility.

Drinks are usually decent, but the service is SO SLOW. Even on a normal day when they’re not busy, it takes way longer than any other Starbucks I’ve been to. And when they are busy, expect to wait 40+ minutes for a mobile order.

This is easily the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to in terms of service. Their drive through moves slower than any other location and on my most recent trip, I waited over 30 MINUTES AFTER my pickup order was supposed to be ready. It should not take 45+ minutes to make a coffee, especially if I’m spending $6 on it.
