This location isn’t very good. The last few times I’ve visited I have waited 25 minutes for my order and it wasn’t busy. The workers preparing the food were more interested in socializing with each other than focusing on getting the orders out. The store wasn’t very clean looking either.nnUpdate: I decided to give it one more try. Ordered rapid pick up. It said my order ( one salad) ready in 25 min. I had to wait an additional 35 minutes for it. 60 min is too long. Customers were stacking their dirty dishes on the floor by garbage cans because they were overflowing with dirty dishes.

Panera always does a great job with their meals and this location followed suit. Our meal was prepared as requested in an efficient manner. Panera did a good job with the social distancing and while there were plenty of customers dining in (for those who didn't pick the food up) the tables were spaced nicely and we didn't have any concerns with the pandemic.

Called in for curb side pick up. Had gone to Dr and was difficult to walk. they said be ready in 10 minutes. At 20 minutes I called. It will be out. At 40 minutes I started asking the staff coming out. They didn't know anything. My daughter called to see where I was. She called them no they don't have our order and she called the other location and they don't either. I knew I called the correct one. Checked the bank and the money was taken out. So, got out and by now I am really in a lot of pain. The very nice lady behind the counter found my order sitting first I. Line. I could see it. So an hour an 10 minutes later she carried out my order to the car and apologized. I was upset, but it wasn't her fault. How many other staff did I ask for my order and we even called. We will not be going back to the University location.

Busy but good. Cashier kept calling me sir, I'm most definitely a woman. Maybe it was the mask, I corrected her but she still kept calling me sir. She's young and probably doesn't know better. Other than that it was a good dining experience

Every time I have ordered rapid pick-up from this location, I have had to wait a long time to get my order. Most recently, I selected a time (instead of asap), and I still waited for 30 minutes in the store. There were at least a dozen other people waiting. Another person with the same order time was waiting. Another person who just needed a coffee cup waited for 15 minutes.
