I walked around for about ten minutes looking for someone to help me. The first employee I found walked past me without taking her eyes off of her phone. A bit confused and irritated I decided to leave. On the way out I noticed a room with a table in it with 3 other employees sitting at it. I stopped in the doorway and waved at them expecting at least one of them to ask if I needed help. Instead, not a single one even acknowledged my presence. Perhaps this is just a rare occurrence or they were having a bad day I don't know but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
My wife and I were looking for some house plants. We wanted something that would be low maintenance and safe for our dogs. The employee that helped us was very knowledgeable and kind. She helped us find two great plants and gave us plenty of advice on how to care for them. The plants we bought were also priced much lower than we expected. There was also a lot of different plants to choose from. This place is a good 40 minute drive from our home but we'll definitely be making the drive for any future plant purchases.
Harvey's is wonderful. I didn't have time to get flowers for my daughter for opening night of the ADM musical and remembered when I got there and saw other parents with flowers. It was 6:45 on Friday night. I messaged them on Facebook and got a message back immediately. One of the workers s went back in and made me a bouquet to pick up at intermission. How does it get better than that?!?! It just doesn't. Prime example of local business just proving why they are the best!
Helpful folks, orderly areas marked sufficiently. There were smiles! That says alot to me. Thank you for a great experience.
