I visited the DMV first thing in the morning. Every time I've called or interacted with the staff, they have been extremely helpful and kind. This is the best experience I've had with government employees! Your best bet is to get in early and come prepared with the right forms - in and out in about 15 min.

We were warned that DC small claims almost always sides with the the tenant, but since we had evidence that our tenant broke lease 4 months early & did numerous damages we went ahead. Magistrate said tenant didn’t have to pay any of those damage or broken lease. Even didn’t have to pay what tenant admitted to promising to pay-utilities. Magistrate was a joke. Save your time if you’re a landlord.

I’m forced to come here to pick up my tags for my car. I recently had surgery and am higher risk for covid and not ONE person in this building was wearing a mask. Yes, I know it won’t stop covid, but it raises the percent of protection and is literally the least they could do for the public.nZero effort toward public health saftey.

The worst court ever Los Angeles county way better then this small court. I’ve called multiple times to figure out what I have to do to resolve my issue and they took me on a whirlwind lemme tell you. Wendy still HAS NOT returned my phone it’s now Tuesday I have court tomorrow she said Friday evening she would call back Monday morning I’ve left voicemails and still no call back. Way to go DALLAS!

These workers are a joke. They are rude and weren’t even whiling to help. I came in with a out of state license, I called around in my current state to further dmv’s and I called my previous state and both said getting a license in my current state shouldn’t be a problem, so I went to the nearest one which was this place and the guy had not even put any information into the computer just looked at my license and said he wouldn’t help me due to my permit. He gave me false information that I had to go back to my old state get a license there then come back and they would help me. Then told me to just go to the other dmv in the state since they told me I was able to get a license, to just go to them for help instead. As he asked around to other works like do you know anything about this? Each on of them just shrugged their shoulda not wanting to get involved and try to help solve the problem. I even had a number for him to call from my periods state and he didn’t have time... Horrible people and horrible service.
