Very nice, very clean quiet campers. Excellent price.
The price is good at 20/night, but the spaces are very close together. If side by side your awnings touch. I prefer a bit more elbow room.
We loved our stay! Very affordable and the friendliest staff/board of directors. The only downside is it is cash/check only, but it’s not that big of a deal.nnFirst come first serve as far as the sites go. No reservation or holds.nnThe grounds are huge and so much to explore.nWe enjoyed evening walks with the dogs and Friday night races at the speedway/ figure 8.nnDefinitely great value for money.nnVery peaceful and quiet, very dark at night.nnOnly 25 minutes to down town Des Moines, which is huge since we were in town for work.nnWe would absolutely stay again if in the area.
Great fun!! Can't wait for the Rodeo tomorrow. I even got Bleacher seats. So my back will be fine
