Bought a camper here & auction details said camper was at this location. When I went to pick up I was told it was a different location (Newton) 56 miles away. As I was getting of the exit ramp I received a call from them saying it actually was at their location. They wasted 2 hour of My Day & 112 miles. I asked to speak to a manager & was told he was out & they would have him call me. Still waiting for that call.nI will say the staff is always polite. I am sure it was an honest mistake but I feel I should have got something back for the waste of time & fuel. My bid was $4500 & buyers fee was $624

They have a lot of good deals sometime but you have to check the car before you buy it don't just buy online without checking the car and be like they don't show the damage that's back to you and your expenses.nnI saw some comments says that they don't show the damage and that kind of stuff but no you really have to go and check the car before anything that will be your fault not there service at all!!!

The staff was helpful, it was easy to bid online and keep up with auction. I bid on a nice vehicle and won. Also the vehicle said run and drive and it did
