Well I went back in 2002-2004 and was a great experience changed my life for the better made a man real quick and was on my own pretty much and my trade Culinary Arts I love to cook now and I also played basketball for them I had fun being a Panther for them went places and everything and I made alot of friends! And I wouldn't know where I be without going there and I got my GED also from them and a Cooking Degree thank you so much Job Corps for finishing school and doing what I love is cooking!!ud83dudc96ud83dudc96 also for having me and giving me a opportunity that bettered my life!!

I haven't been there for 10 years mind you. But I remember I hated it. Some of the staff isn't great (10 years ago lol) but it gave a ton of value. Taught responsibility and all that jazz. It gave me hope, and it gave me friendships for a lifetime. Plus my high school diploma which doesn't hurt. Life isn't always great, but this place helps make it better for sure.
The staff are totally incompetent and wholly useless save a select few. Many of the students are violent and dangerous, and the director refuses to solve the glaring issues in the establishment. If you HAVE to go to a Job Corps center, go to a different one.
