The last three times I’ve come to pick up my prescription, there has been some kind of issue that the staff had screwed up and had to call my insurance. This is becoming a trend, especially since this last time I overheard the same exact issue with two people in front of me. Staff and pharmacist are incompetent. Look elsewhere for better service.

Never have things correct and in stock
I only blame the immediate staff 10% the management 90%. The staff was all working hard and doing the best they could do. The problem is they either need to hire some more people or better training. I had to wait for someone to come back from lunch to run insurance and still was wrong. The solution for me was to go to CVS. They now lost me as a customer to CVS. Amazon is starting to do perscriptions and service like this is why they will take over!
Easy to catch bus, easy to find things you need, fast pharmacy drop off and pick.
