Terrible customer service!! Was followed around the store..was told several times not to touch or open tied up fabric rolls..wanted to know the name of the jelly roll..woman took it from us and said don't get in there..we will not be back!! No other issues at any other store or restaurant in Town!!!
Love this fabric shop! Such a wonderful variety of prints and colors. I'm originally from the area but live in San Diego. Heartland Cottons is one place I will visit whenever I'm in Iowa.
If you are looking for quality quilting materials and know exactly what you want is a great shop. However if you are needing assistance do not expect kind or helpful staff. We have repeatedly had terrible customer service.
