I ordered the sunflower bouquet for my mom, and she got the bouquet on tim, actually early. The flowers were actually from her Grandson (18 months) and her grand dog Glenda ud83dude09.nI asked if there were any yard ornaments/chimes etc that they might be able to send with the flowers, and they had a “welcome” sign sent with her bouquet. My mom LOVES yard stuff, and she thought the welcome sign was perfect. This made her day.
The bouquet was fresh and delivered exactly when they said it would. The colors in the arrangement are beautiful. Extremely happy with how they turned out!
Ordered flowers for our sisters funeral. 5 pieces, almost $600. Money was no object as we used to own a flower shop together and knew exactly what she liked. The urn piece and the delphinium cross on an easel were beautiful! The other 3 pieces were cheap and chintsy, no design skill, the sprays had planter bases, the flowers were arranged like a child had done it. When I wrote a Facebook review she private messaged me that she was hurt that I would out her in public. I said that we were hurt that she would show such little care in over half our order. She proceeded to tell me that she had plumbing problems and other issues and that she was a single mother. I told her, I used to have a flower shop and everyone in a professional business is bound to have issues but at least a partial refund was in order. Instead of making it right she deleted the whole facebook page for her flower shop. She also uses pictures from when the flower shop was professional in the down town area like when she bought it from the previous owner who was a very good florist but she is in a dingy house with little appeal. That should have been our sign to turn around and go elsewhere but we gave her a chance, never again!!
Amazing place in downtown DeWitt. Casey is the proprietor and she will go out her way to help you. We were in town for a funeral and stopped in. Not only did she assist us with our flowers but also made sure the flowers got to the church prior to the visitation. We needed flags and she found flags in town for us. Ended up getting more flowers because of how great Casey was. Their other offering in the shop of trinkets and treasures was first class. Highly recommend them!
Flowers On The Side is amazing! We sent flowers to a friend and they did a terrific job! Kasey was very detailed with us over the phone and gave us exactly what we wanted as well as went above and beyond to deliver the flowers! Great service, beautiful product and goes above and beyond for their customers!
