FABULOUS FOOD! ... Cozy place. We read the reviews on YELP and stopped in on our way home from Iowa to Chicago. Real home comfort food, we tried the home fries and they were perfect, crispy skin with fluffy insides. Walleye was fresh, flaky and moist. The Monte Cristo sandwich (Chicken, ham and cheese) was great too, took half home for breakfast next day. I definitely give this place five stars for home cooking, I'll get the liver and onions next trip.

We had eaten here for breakfast before and liked it. So we tried lunch. Food was good and more than my wife could eat. Plenty of room and good service.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! It's reasonably priced a great variety of food and OMG SO YUMMY plus Ms Jackie is the nicest lady ever!! If you leave here hungry it's your own fault!
