I used Dependable to replace my sewer line many years ago. They did an excellent job then! I recently had a problem with drain being backed up. Brandon was nice and professional. Answered my questions.
Dependable Drain was only plumbers out of 3 that I called to respond. It was a weekend and got an answer right away. Jeff came Monday morning to give estimate and get me scheduled. Nate and Chris not only installed new water heater but had other issues arise that they resolved promptly . Nate is so knowledgeable and he and Chris were friendly and made a good team . I will never look elsewhere for my plumbing needs and recommend them to anyone! The other 2 companies never even returned my call! Everyone at this company is Great!!
They took care to cover my floors to protect from foot traffic, very professional, fast and friendly . Highly recommend them.
Excellent Customer Service! Anthony came out to take care of a plugged toilet. Ended up needing to replace the toilet and he went above and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend him and we will definitely call Dependable Drain & Plumbing if we need help in the future. Thank you Anthony!!!
