Today, I was called to update my policy, something I regret like most people. Today, instead of up-charges and selling of policies, I met a friendly voice, I met Jarvis. I have a huge expectation of customer service, learned from my mother. Jarvis immediately satisfied my needs and explained them. I even had some off topic, but insurance related conversations with him. Thank you for the fast and responsive service!
Cancelled our insurance with Allstate in November. We had tried to contact Fred Hage to review our insurance policy and since he didn't contact us back, we decided to go somewhere else. Had signed cancellation form as proof from our new insurance company. Allstate charged us our premium in December. New insurance company contacted them, and Allstate said they woud handle it and give us a reimbursement. January, another premium charge!! New insurance company has tried to get a hold of Fred Hage directly several times and he does not return calls! Have called the 800 number and now contacted another person named Anne. I had to contact my bank to block any further payments from being taken out of our account. Still waiting for reimbursement. Ridiculous. Not the first time Fred has not returned our call. I should not have to work this hard to speak with my insurance agent.
Allstate is a joke, canceled my insurance and went somewhere way cheaper. Fred Hage agency said I still owed for one month, which I did not. What a mess took months for them to drop it as I was right and they were wrong. They took me to a credit burue, stay far away from this agency!!!!
Was quoted 130 bucks a month for simple liability on a 2001 truck. I have no tickets no dui and no crashes. Gico Im paying 50 a month.thanks but no thanks
Natalie is SUPER nice! I love working with her. Would recommend to work with her to anyone in search of a great insurance company and representative. Their motorcycle policy is outstanding too, I have fantastic coverage.
