I am only giving this 4 stars because their iced mocha lattes are amazing. 3 weeks in a row I got a different excuse as to why I couldn't get the steak rollup. First week the oven was broken. Second week they didn't have any steak made that day. Third week refrigerators were down. This week they waited until after I had paid to tell me the bread for the big n tasty didn't arrive and would I like a croissant, bagel or English muffin instead ? Could have told me when I ordered. Will probably stick to just lattes from now on.

I don’t know if a new district manager is needed or what, but this place is always out of something! Every single time I go. And 98% of the time, my drink is never made as it should be. It’s just pure laziness. If you expect me to pay $5.25 on a drink, it better be made right. Maybe smiling would help a bit too. There are maybe one or two workers that I’ve seen actually smile, the rest act like us customers are bothering them and like they have the worst job in the world. It’s so disrespectful. And the Clinton location is the only one I have ever dealt with this at. There is absolutely no excuse for the constant low inventory and poor customer service. I mean, I can imagine the revenue lost every day within this location due to things always being out of stock, is astronomical! I would love to see the numbers compared to other locations.

Ordered a hot latte and while it came in a hot cup it was lukewarm at best. I always keep going back again and each time hope the service is better.

I didn't catch her name this morning, but they were extremely short staffed with one worker. She had a line out the parking lot for the drive through as well as a line inside.nnInstead of being completely overwhelmed, she was very on top of things and was polite, courteous, and very nice while balancing both order windows. While it took a little longer than expected to received my order I applaud that girl for doing it all on her own and with a smile.nnThat being said she should get a raise being expected to take care of morning rush solo.
