I tell people it's a cause for anxious times when they have to buy a car. But, the service lasts for as long as the car.nnRoger Standard is an expert at his job and I tell people they won't regret doing business with Billion because of he is so capable at doing his job. Great customer service, always follows through, and you can trust him.

I had bought 2 vehicles from Billion in the past, so when the Derecho storm came through and wiped out my garage and new car I decided to go back to them for help. They were nice enough to give me a car to drive until I decided on another one My salesman was James, and was helpful but also Taher was very helpful in helping me deal with the insurance company. They went above and beyond to help me get everything resolved. I believe they treated me fairly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you to everyone who gave me advice in one way or another at Billion

I had a recall fixed then it started making noise in the rear after going over a bump in the road when I brought it back to the dealership they didn't really care. I had to go to Chevy consumer service to get anything done. They said it was my shocks but it didn't make any noise before that recall fixed. Before when the dealership was McEleney Motors THEY CARED now with it being Billion Auto they don't care. I do all my maintenance at the dealership this shows me that I might have to go somewhere else also it shows me that CHEVY DON'T CARE EITHER because they don't talk to their dealerships. I am not happy that I had to put out nearly $400 to fix a problem when they caused. Yes its my fault because I didn't take it back when I heard that noise next time if there is a next time I will. I wasn't offered any percentage off when it was their fault. I am just not happy with Billion Auto or Chevy you think they would care about the people who buy their vehicles.

Clint was very nice to work with. He worked hard to get us everything we wanted. Clint and Kory, both did an excellent job explaining the options especially when it came to the VALPRO option. The truck was delivered at no cost to us which helped us tremendously being over 6 hours away!! Thanks we are enjoying the truck!
