ATI Physical Therapy

I have had experience with 2 of the ATI locations for different problems but physical therapy was required for these situation. Everyone I have met and every therapist who has helped me are personable of course BUT they really know what they are doing. Good communication! Caring! Helpful! Understanding! Professional!

I've been there once. The therapist seems fine. The next week, I try to call to cancel my appt and it's a call center in the Philippines. I call 5 times. 3 of those times im transfered to someone that can make the cancelation then i get disconnected. The other 2 times, i actually get transferred to the person who can make the cancelation. After getting all my info, all of a sudden, they can't hear me and keep saying hello then i get disconnected. They make it so difficult to cancel. The funny thing is, while I was in their office last week, the receptionist was on the phone making an appt for someone. I guess the person asked if they can call her if someone cancels because he said usually people don't give notice to cancel, they just no show. Now I know why people no show, because they make it impossible to cancel. Looks like I'm going to no show tomorrow

Everyone from the staff at the front desk to the therapists and techs were all so friendly and knew me by name! My therapist Luke was amazing and got me back to doing what I love! I would recommend ATI to anyone! Amazing patient care!

Friendly people Clean area Comfortable environment

Its a little busy in there sometimes but All of the Staff is very friendly and willing to help and answer questions since the first day That i stepped in to the facility. I appreciate that, thank you very much.
