Always stop at Spencer's KFC. Consider it a treat for us. The place is managed right for sure. Best KFC buffet around.

I didnt eat here. I eat gluten free so not much that I can have but my boss did and he said it was good. He had the chicken breast with mashed potato, biscuit and a drink. The price was reasonable.

I've never had an issue with the food, as I did recently... Through drive-thru, at approximately 7:30 pm, I ordered a bucket meal (original) and upon arriving at home, my daughter made herself a plate and started to notice a slight smell when the chicken was cut open... when observing the rest of the chicken... it looked very slimy and all chicken had the same smell... so I called and asked to speak with the shift manager, who basically told me that this wasn't possible... even after I repeatedly asked to bring the chicken in to show her, which she declined me doing... however, was very rude... I was astounded by the rude customer service that was received, especially after the horrible meal we had received... very disappointing!!
