Respectfully personable phone conversation regarding the needs for my mother. They showed great patience, care, and knowledge in explaining there Covid preventive practices. I felt very comfortable and reassured.nnI’m currently working through getting my mother out of her Bethany on University incarceration so that my mother’s need can be met. She has a RIGHT to hear, Bethany is preventing that. Hearing Solutions is an intimate low traffic and have there own entrance. Extremely low risk with all these precautions. My mother has a RIGHT to hear.nnHearing Solutions has been empathetic, collaborative and extremely flexible as Bethany has been cancelling my mother’s appointments without much or any notice to myself or Hearing Solutions.

I recently went to hearing solutions, Dave assisted me and he did an outstanding job. Many props to him, he was friendly, timely and extremely professional!!! He told care of all my needs.
