We do, not have a KFC in our area so when we find one we are pretty happy as we love their food. We ordered a Family Fill Up and took it back to our hotel room. The chicken was obviously from different batches as some was light brown, some dark brown. The dark brown chicken was horrible. The breading was really thick and fell away from the dried out chicken. We ended up taking it home and feeding it to our dog. I called today to let the manager know of our issue anticipating a complimentary meal to replace the bad one we had. She acknowledged our issue, told me they realized they had bad fryers which were being replaced and thanked me for letting them know that we had issues with our meal. No offer to replace the meal. No offer of a coupon or reduced cost on a meal. Nothing. Poor customer service.

Horrible!!! ud83eudd2enCame here for a 12-piece meal while traveling back from Missouri to the twin cities. Get to the park to have our picnic and we have no chicken. We drive back get our chicken go the park again. The chicken looked taste and felt like he was sitting there since yesterday. The skin was rock hard which had to be tore off to get to the super dried out pieces of chicken. Rock hard biscuits. And the soda pop taste flat. WORSE MEAL EVER!nThe corn and coleslaw were good.nHow can this small town restaurant still be in business?nAvoid this place like the plague.

Just hand them money and they'll give you whatever they haven't thrown out yet. KFC and Taco Bell Corporate need to step in. Didn't get what we ordered, asked for only meat and cheese on one taco that was ala carte. They made EVERYTHING meat and cheese only. They missed items. Gave wrong items. Had to go back. It was very difficult to give our order and verify it. Probably because they put the speaker and microphone facing a very active train track. I'll stop elsewhere when I have to travel.

Love History of KFC on walls. Upgrade is wonderful. Selecting drinks increased is a blessing. Fast Friendly service. Can't wait to go again SOON. Food cooked delicious. Biscuits butter/honey, mashed potatoes and gravy hot and yummy. Chicken tenders perfect.

Employees are decent but the food is horrible, the wait time is fairly long and we rarely get everything we order or the right stuff and they always seem to be out of something. If you go to this KFC/Taco Bell set aside an hour: 30 minutes to order and then order again because they don't have most of what you ordered and then 30 minutes to get most of YOUR order and random items from someone else's order.
