It's kind of a little Hy-Vee and some things are on the high dollar side but they are very nice people here.
I called for the bakery department and they had closed already. I was assured that I would be helped and she would transfer me to an associate for help. A young man , Quade, took my call. He was awesome to work with. Nice young man. He answered every question I could think of. I would like to thank him for his time and patience. Very disappointing shopping experience at this Hy-Vee (Osceola, Ia ). Advertised sale items gone. Fresh produce not looking very good. Limited choices. Answer from clerks, products probably be in store by tomorrow. With a warehouse in Chariton?
Hyvee is good, however personally I've been going to Fareway and Timber Ridge Market for my dining needs
Ordered biscuits and gravy and muffin melt with hash browns, initially only got the biscuits and gravy after a long wait. This wasn’t a big deal I went up and told them I didn’t get my muffin melt and they had forgotten so it’d be out when it was done. Then I received my muffin and no hash browns. Again things happen and this wouldn’t matter but I brought it to their attention again and was met with a audible sigh and a very rude “oh did you?” 1/5 people don’t seem to care about the job
