Been coming here all my life. never a bad experience.
This office is full of friendly, welcoming professional people. A full xray of your teeth is standard at any dentist offices before a cleaning so you can be assessed properly and be provided excellent care (and most insurances will cover it). I always have a difficult time with the xrays because my mouth is narrow, but my hygienist made this process very quick and showed me each image to involve me. I would highly recommend this dentist office.
Was told I would NEED to do a full mouth x-ray if I wanted care (a simple cleaning) there as a new patient. I am not paying over $150 for a completely unnecessary x-ray. My whole life dentists have done bitewings and never had any problems there. This place is just trying to rip people off for their money. I will take my money to a genuine office.
I have been going to Dental Care (formerly Peterson Dental) for years now and I have nothing but POSITIVE feedback. The staff is very knowledgeable and always friendly. The office is up-to-date and uses fully digital equipment. Both Dr. Carrie Peterson and Dr. Nathan Zaffke are knowledgable and very personable and take the time to explain your dental care needs. All of the hygienists and assistant are proficient in their fields and always make the experience a positive one. The front desk staff is always willing to help and make the payment/insurance/appointment side of the visit easy and stress free. The staff really go out of there way to make sure each visit is enjoyable. I would highly recommend this Dental office to anyone who is looking for a new dentist!!! Thank you to both Dr. Peterson and Dr. Zaffke and all their wonderful staff!
I recently moved to Fargo and was in need of a new dentist. A number of my friends were seeing the same dentist and they recommended I go to Peterson Dental Care. I met with Dr. Carrie Peterson, an excellent dentist with 10 years of experience. She possesses a kind and caring attitude and the unique ability to make you feel comfortable with visiting a dentist. In addition, Dr. Peterson was easy to talk to, she explained everything very clearly, was very personable, and she did excellent work on my teeth. I've been to Peterson Dental twice and both times I was greeted in a friendly manner by her front desk staff. The caring staff, the friendly environment and the excellent dental care are reasons I will continue to return. I highly recommend Peterson Dental Care.
