Actual was lackluster compared to photos on website. Arrangement ordered was full and arranged to a round shape, in larger vase than actual arrangement. Website pic was white and very light pink giving it an upscale monochromatic feel. Actual had bright pink roses and lilies not yet opened with a single variety of white filler and didn’t have the round shape to it at all. I understand substitutions May be necessary but generally a big disappointment vs what I thought I ordered.
Delivered something pretty different of what I ordered. Called only once to the phone , did not ring doorbell and left the flowers in front of the the neighbor’s door.Oh and billed me twice .
A beautiful shop! I love finding the little surprises tucked on these shelves!
They were extremely helpful and understood my request for an arrangement. When I saw a picture of it, it was better than I imagined!!! Wonderful customer service as well.
Nice store very nice ladies inside my only issue was that they didn't have the biggest selection of flowers but it's worth the stop
