My son had a great experience here throughout his high school years. The staff do a great job at challenging the students and keeping them focused. I really like how attentive they are too, if there are any problems or questions I have, they immediately contact me. The class sizes are just right and the learning environment is pretty good too.
Decisions made by the district are sometimes odd but the teachers make it work. Has a great robotics team!
The choir is one of the the bast in the nation and have the trophies to prove it! Great band program! The teachers are great and the class sizes are manageable with 20 to 30 kids in a class.
i'm an exchange student from indonesia and graduated from mason city high school. i had a very great experience when i studied over there in 1998 - 1999.. wish one day i can come and visit my high school.
Largest high school in Northern Iowa. Recently remodeled to bring it into modern times.
