My dad was taken here by work friends in the late 1990s and we have been coming back every since. It’s been the place all of us want to go for our birthdays for years. I love the owners and the staff. It’s well worth the wait and honestly ruined all other steak for me. A true north Iowa staple.

Wow! Amazing Steak and an even better value. Excellent service by Lou Ann. She knew the menu well and her advice was spot on. Due to the CovAids fiasco, outside seating is available. I'll be back for sure. Thank you Northwestern Steakhouse!!!

This is our family's special place and has been for sixty years. Only complaint we've ever had was not being able to get in once. Everything and everyone is superb.
