Gave a great deal and had great customer service while we were there even when we were just still looking. I really give it a 4.9 because there were multiple days that the phone line was always busy and it just disconnects. Maybe invest in a few lines?

If I could go any lower than 1 star I would. First the lady that works in the garner store was nice when we bought the refrigerator. Then when they were delivering it 1 man was so rude while 1 was nice. The rude man should not have a job like that. Had I been here the refrigerator would of went backnThe lady from the garner store then called the HUD and told them they did not have to finish the job just to leave. The nice guy did finish and was very nice the other man sat in his truck like a 2 year old. Wmy husband has liked in garner his whole life and has never been treated like that. I will never buy from that store again and after talking to a few people after this happened this isn't the first time this has happened
