The food and line service gets a 5 stars from us. Unfortunately the dinning room gets 0. My husband and I just ate lunch at this pancheros. We come here often. We were there at just after opening. We got our food and could not find a clean table to eat at. We sat at a dirty table. All of the available tables and floors under them were dirty. The counters around the garbage holes are also dirty. I don't think night shift wiped tables or mopped. And morning shift did not check. Pretty disappointed with the dirtiness. We were the only customers there for about half an hour and 3 employees standing around talking. Food on all tables. And food under tables. Included pictures of 2 of the tables. All were dirty, including the ones the employees can see from the register

The food is delicious and fast. I will say there was a young lady rudely explaining how this other girl was messing up. I almost stepped in to say something but then I just let it go when we were walking out the girl was walking out and I said sorry for how she treats you. She looked over and said I’m about to quit and I just started I don’t like being belittled especially infront of people. I feel bad for her!

Overall good experience every time I’ve been here. Only complaint was that there wasn’t any ice in the fountain machine at my last visit.

Love their food but their food could be a little hotter, temperature wise.
