Ok so they have cheap tacos. That’s literally the only good thing about this place. They don’t have any authenticity. It’s just shredded beef iceberg lettuce and cheddar cheese. Where’s the cilantro? Where is the chorizo? Their ‘salsa’ reminds me of ketchup. No freshness no acidity no flavor. It literally taste like sugar is added. If you want real tacos take yourself to La Fiesta. If you want American tacos go to Taco Bell.
Taco Tico is just the best restaurant in Mason City. If you haven't ate there you really are missing the best tacos in town. There are only 2 of these restaurants in Iowa and Mason City's is by far the superior. Try the Crustos too. You wont regret eating here.
