Service was incredibly slow. I couldn't even eat lunch during my half hour break off work. I sat for 20 minutes behind 4 other cars. I never even got my food. I got sick of waiting. So much for fast food.
So love this place and so do my 6 dogs when we go to get ice cream they get there pup cups.
The logo light was off, the menu light was also off, the lobby light was off as well, the front desk light was on though, basically all the lights were off. I thought the store was closed although it said 10:30 (I went there around 8 almost 9) driving up to the menu but cant even look at it, but whatever. Right away I got asked to take the order. At first, he seemed very nice. When I got to the window, there were like 6-7 people standing in a big group and busy chit-chatting. I only ordered one blizzard and one moo latte. It took forever. People were rude. I had to ask for my own napkins, asking for my own pup cup, and my blizzard was all melty and dripping everywhere.nnI wish I didnt forget to take a picture of the stores, so it doesnt seem like Im exaggerating.
The people working were very mean! They did not want to help me at all! They rolled their eyes, scoffed, got snappy, and raised their voice at me. The manager helped some. But I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my meal and the way I was treated! The workers dont explain anything and they just get frustrated and they walked away. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
Went through drive thru to order lunch. Ordered two chicken strip baskets with country gravy and and extra dipping sauce. Got home and there were no sauces. I usually take time to check the food before driving away but was in a hurry this time. Other than that, the food was good and the employees were very friendly.
