Mindi was wonderful to work with at Flooring America in Mason City. She had some very good suggestions for our dining room/kitchen/bathroom area. She also made it very easy when it came to installation. Our primary residence is an hour south of Clear Lake so I didn't want to have to make a special trip up to our condo to let the installers in. I simply dropped off a key at the store and she made sure the installers got the key and were able to install the flooring all without me having to be there. I was extremely happy with the finished product. The installers did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend Flooring America in Mason City for all your flooring needs.
Awesome experience. Dan Miller is extremely knowledgeable in flooring and takes the time to explain the products and find the one that's best suited to your needs. He came to our house, measured everything and also delivered the products. Would definitely recommend Dan to anyone looking for flooring.
Daniel was very helpful in choosing our carpet...showed us the different qualities in carpet , and answered my questions. James and Sean did a great job installing the carpet... could not be happier.. I Highly recommend Flooring America ! Thanks for the great experience!!
Amazing! Beyond impressed with the experience as well as service through the entire process. Mike in the store was very patient and knowledgeable with my questions and always responded to emails quickly. The installers we hard working and very frequently. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Daniel Miller's professionalism coming all the way to Osage, IA and bringing us samples and his knowledge for new flooring in the downstairs was nothing but amazing! He knew exactly what we needed and the flooring came in quickly. The installation was done in 1 day instead of 2 days and those guys were truly hard, courteous workers. DEFINITELY recommend them for all your flooring needs. We are already planning for our next purchase!
