I have used schroeder plumbing for years! They do such a good job. The guys working here are very nice and the office person is so kind, they always get me scheduled for the same day or next. The owner Spencer is such a good guy. They have a minimum service charge of an hour, I’m not sure why everyone complains. It’s a service! I would recommend them over any other company.

I've been using them for 5 years; a/c, furnace, plumbing etc. I have no complaint with the technicians. Kevin, Andy, Mike, et al, are fabulous. In turn, I try to be a good customer letting them know when a job is time-sensitive on not. i.e. This last job was an hour to tighten two bolts & put an x on the ceiling (one hour service call), a couple weeks later the job was done … no prob.nnRecently, however, their accounting practices have changed & I'm being overcharged. I understand portal to portal but it doesn't take 2 men & a truck 25 minutes to go 3 blocks.nnI believe in apprenticeships but one man working & the other supervising is one billable hour. I'll miss my guys but not their boss.
Always professional, on-time, friendly and helpful.
I have left multiple messages and no one returns my phone calls.
