I rarely give fast food places more than 3 stars but this DQ is great, Always friendly service. Today they made a simple mistake on our drive through order. When we went through the drive through again they immediately fixed it and apologized profusely, which was totally unnecessary. Mistakes happen they aren't always fixed so courteously.

At this point it would be zero stars if I could! I always try to give this location the benefit of the doubt as I worked for dairy queen and I know how difficult it can be at times but it never fails that something in my order is messed up. Tonight drew the line and I am done going which is very unfortunate for my kids who love a special treat of dairy queen. Tonight my blizzard was very messed up, I ordered a peanut butter oreo blizzard with extra peanut butter. I received an oreo blizzard with reeses peanut butter cups in it, no peanut butter. Also ordered fries to share with my daughter, completely stale and cold like they had been sitting out on the counter for at least 20 minutes. Needless to say not impressed and not returning!
