Waited in the drive up line for over 20 minutes and that was before I even placed an order. The guy behind the mic wined that they had big orders and they were short handed. While I can understand that, I would of liked an apology for the wait but instead I got attitude.

Friendly staff. Quick service. Order was correct and good.
Service was HORRIBLE and slow; waited 30 minutes to get get soggy and cold food. They said we were not able to do separate orders. They also charged for a 8oz glass of water that should have been free; when we asked for a bigger glass the women gave attitude.
