Ryan and his crew are truly amazing. We had moved from Colorado to Iowa and bought a home that needed a lot of repair. One of the first things was the garage door would not open or shut properly. One individual said that we needed an entire new garage door. The cost was pricey and the time frame for ordering was long. We were told to call New Covenant Construction. I did and I am glad that I did. Ryan came out and said the Garage Door spring had been winded wrong. On a cold December Day , he painstakingly wound the spring by hand and installed a new garage door opener and for less than $500.00 we were up and running. Impressed by this we hired New Covenant Construction to replace the Hot Water Heater and a lot of flooring underneath it as it had been leaking for sometime. These guys did an amazing job and the price was right. We were so impressed that we hired this company for two more jobs. One to install a 6 foot privacy fence and the second to replace an old worn out backyard deck. Based on my past experiences, I trust all my home remodel projects to be done by New Covenant Construction.
