I rated them a 1 because my boyfriend and I had 4 coupons and the lady didn’t understand when he read all 4 she just assumed so she charged us way more because she put more food than we wanted or was on the coupons and instead of asking she just assumed and we asked about it and she just stared at us and shook her head and said “I don’t think so” instead of explaining it to us so we could cancel something so we didn’t understand until we got home... we have had this happen twice now and it’s really irritating and maybe they should be nice and actually do their job right and work with the customer like they are suppose to instead of assuming and not explaining it when we ask ! Not a fan of this Burger King because of the bad service.. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Very polite two customers and we like their junior Whoppers and onion rings and french fries very good
Used Drive Thru, fries need SALT.
Me and my friends came through and with our order we asked for ranch, the lady at the window proceeded to curse at us and call us names over asking for dipping sauce. Won’t be going back
Never had a problem always fast friendly and fresh. Trust me if it was bad I wld say so but honestly for fast food it's pretty good. And a big plus that there fast and the food is fresh.
