Friendly window help
Today is 11/5/2020nI sat and waited for my food for over 30mins. At one point during the thirty minutes, a worker had to come out and ask what I was waiting on.When I received my food it was incorrect, and I had to go back inside to get it corrected. Which they took the incorrect food back, which in my opinion shouldn’t have happened especially in a pandemic. Overall, it was really chaotic in the store. Which yes I understand it is lunch time, but it could have been a more professional atmosphere. Before leaving the store, I was told that the money would be put back on my card, but the manager wasn’t there so it couldn’t be processed today.nOverall it wasn’t a great experience and in my opinion, this store could do a lot better.
