The food is very good and the customer service tries to he very good! The burgers, melts, and crispy chicken come pretty close to looking like what the menu offers (I know RIGHT?!?!). The amazing people working there try very hard, I think they may forget that some people didn't grow up with Culver's and don't have the menu and offerings memorized. But really, that's a small thing, the young men and women were able to somewhat hide their frustration at my questions. They did amazing considering how busy they were and all of my questions.

Culver's has great customer service! Their staff is always friendly and courteous. Culver's is a great asset to our area as they continually give back to the community. The food is great and always hot. Carroll, Iowa is lucky to have them here.

The cashew chicken salad is splendid, especially with the blue cheese crumbles. The sundae of the day was vanilla/Carmel and it to was scrumptious..

Everything is prepared when ordered. There was a line. They weren't taking orders inside yet managed to get my order to me in 15 minutes. It was excellent.
