They did nothing to fix my water heater told me it was broken and I needed a whole new one that would cost $ 1000 and when I got a second opinion I was told it just needed a new thermo coupler that's only $18 and that there was nothing wrong with it now my water heater works just fine I didn't have to buy a new one. But now I'm being charged $92 for labor when the guy did nothing to fix my water heater he didn't even try. I'm also paying $17 for gas when he drove from Carroll iowa to Glidden Iowa.

Had my main water line plugged up with tree roots. Basement was flooding with water. Called them at 8 am Monday morning, they had someone at my house in 15 minutes. Both guys were super nice! They fixed my drain and stayed to make sure it was going to work properly. Even cleaned up when they left. Highly recommend them. Hard to find quick dependable people, they will be getting my future business.

Way way to expensive for the labor and charging extra money for random things.
