The Manual Store

I have made or try to make 2 purchases from the manual store. The first order arrived after a long period of time. There is no way to communicate with the company. I have been waiting on an order paced on June 8th 2019, June 15th the money is refunded. no explanation, no communication. when order placed, no tracking number. Not sure if this business is real or not. tried to find out, no response. worst no customer communication at all. Claim they have been in business for 10 years. Not sure how. treat people like this you wont see another 10

I orderd my parts , said delivered, I have ring doorbell with security camera set at 50ft so anyone approaches, I get a phone call. Ups never left anything. The Manual Store has not responded to numerous phone messages, or the suggested sales e- mail. I have yet to talk to anyone in this company, I guess I got burned. Don't do business with a company who doesn't answer the phone, in cases like mine! Thanks Manual Store!
