I called them and they refused to come to my house because my roof isn't asphalt shingles it's a tin/metal roof pretty disappointed but it's all good I ended up getting the bat out of the house myself safely and if all else fails I will contact another company to come down and take care of it
They never returned to my property and the bats never left.
I'd trust none other than Kay. I've known them for a while. Very solid folks with great knowledge of all critters.
