I live in Houston but I'm originally from Independence. A couple Halloween items caught my eye on their FB page and I reached out to Penny Donnelly for assistance. In turn, the shop quickly responded to me on FB. I called the shop and paid for these items over the phone. Flawless process. I love this shop!!! It has so many unique items and the staff is super friendly. A must go to if you live near Independence or are driving through.
Love the small town local feel with big city style & modern decor or the farmhouse modern feel right next door, their buyers do a fantastic job and the staff are always friendly!

Unique decor & furniture like you've never seen. Always new items & friendly people that are always willing to help! They are a small town business with big city one of a kind items. 2 weeks is enough time to return an item, I think people forget that they are a small business and are not going to have the same return policies as a big chain store. The return policy is clearly stated in a frame at the checkout counter as well as right on your receipt. So please do not take the advice of the other rater on this store. Very fun place to bring family & friends & shop!
Wonderful shop with unique items. We are lucky to have a shop like this in the area. Reasonable prices, a nice mix of contemporary and primitive/cottage decor.
