Horrible clinic don't waste your time and money go to sanford, Dr Mertz is a joke of a Dr, doesn't listen to what the patient has to say even when I bring up concerns about a medication he wouldn't change it, then when I call to file a complaint the B!tch doesn't do anything to help

There were no real issues with the treatment, but there are some serious issues with the ethics surrounding it. I was encouraged to do multiple followup visits, and was only informed of the massive charges associated with each via the bill in my account (that appeared without an actual billing statement.) It's perfectly fine to go here, but ask questions about the price of everything! They'll happily pin you down with massive charges without ever telling you.

We brought our 2 week old baby in to see Taylor Mertz and were very impressed with how well spoken and informative he was. Made us feel smart about our choices and answered our questions. Looking forward to the next visit. Lobby and rest of clinic is clean and has a nice atmosphere.

Dr. Baxter is kind, quick, and intelligent. He helped me out with everything. Clean, quick, and homely. I'll be staying with this clinic for a long time.

They have doctors coming who want to take care of people with out doing research on their diseases. Then what's working they want to take everything away to fit what they are comfortable working with.. Since my doctor retired the doctor I have now, she doesn't know anything... I am not sticking around she will end up killing me. Sad the way this clinic is now!
