A & R Travel

Our Travel Agent, Rosemary, did an amazingly stellar job of suggesting and planning our Jamaica vacation. Everything went very smooth and we had the trip of a lifetime. I cannot say enough about the service, the process, and the fact that she checked in on us before during and after the trip. We will definitely be using A&R Travel in the future. The resort was awesome with excellent service including housekeeping,dining assistants and bar service. Pools were great with plenty of room to relax by the poolside. My only disappointment was in the Italian dining. Also there was no representative at checkin and had some difficulty reaching the representative to arrange our departure.

Rosemary was awesome, start to finish! We've never used a travel agent before, or gone to an all-inclusive resort, and Rosemary made the process so approachable and easy. There was no stress, start to finish. She was so responsive to what we wanted and needed, booked everything for us, and sent us all the travel documents. She thought of everything! The next time we need a no-stress vacation on the beach, will absolutely be using A&R Travel!

Rosemary did a fabulous job planning our 10 year anniversary trip to Sandals South Coast Jamaica. She gave me so many options to choose from and really helped us narrow it down to this amazing resort. She was always prompt and professional in her responses. She gave great advice and everything went absolutely flawlessly. I will recommend her to everyone I know and will not travel without her help again!!!
